hellooooooooooo~~~

extremely long time since i've been on my xanga........=)

anywas.....today for garde manger practical, we made Gazphacho and Chilled Strawberry soup!
and my partner and I got best presentation for the strawberry soup!!

the class voted on the best presentation and the chef also agreed that our soup had the best presentation.
simple, neat and practical to do in the real kitchen. =)
then chef bevan said "You girls are the artiiists" (in an irish accent)
hehe.....made my day

was worth my 6:45 am commute!

the past 1.5 months has been so longgg. so frustrating, annoying... i was dreading being at home, impatient, unwilling etc.......it was very hard to draw close to God. and i know that's also why i had those attitudes and views. anywas......it's finally changing. =) better days ahead ..........=)
